That's where we're headed today.
Truly the happiest place on earth. If I didn't realized that before I do now.
Yesterday was a overwhelming whirlwind of phone calls and papers to sign, equipment to order and learn. I imagine today will be too.

I found myself at the edge of tears going back and forth from excitement and terror. Most of this stuff I'm very familiar with and it's still so overwhelming. But I know we will manage. Your dad and I will figure it out together.
Yesterday I was reading the first post on this blog and I think what I wrote is as perfect of a way to end this part of our journey as it was to start it.

When your Dad and I talk about you and make plans for the future we say.."because Mason IS coming home" we always emphasise the IS.
It's our mantra, it's our talisman, it's our fact. It is the solid place we hold on to while this violent storm of bleak diagnoses, possible surgeries, and scary outcomes rage around us.
YOU ARE COMING HOME.
You are. I believe this. I know this.
You are coming home Mason. You are coming home.
I love you my beautiful baby boy. You are coming home.
Today we will finally make these words come true.
My next post, I hope, will be when we are safely tucked in our own four walls. I don't know when that will be but I promise pictures and a full recap of our day.
Here we go.......

Can't believe this day has come....happy day :o)
I have been praying for all of you since Mason was born. I read this post with tears in my eyes at the wonderful, wonderful joy you must be feeling. If anyone ever doubted God's presence, here's a prime example that He can do anything. Congratulations.
so, so, SO happy for you 4!
So very happy for you. Hope the day goes smoothly and quickly and you are safe and sound at home soon.
I am so happy for you! I have been following your blog since it was posted on couponing to disney. It has brought back so many memories! Thank you for sharing. HOME is so much better than the hospital but it brings on a whole new level of stress. When people offer to help, let them come over and cook and clean, do laundry, mop, or whatever else. I remember people offering and not wanting to let them into my house because it was a mess. That is a sure sign that you need to let them help. I am so glad you are going home. Now all of you can begin to heal and build your new life together. Congratulations!
Got goosebumps instantly and had to read your post twice, couldn't believe what I was reading. Best of luck at your happy place today!!!!!

Hello PB&J family! I'm so glad you get to bring little Mason home! It really is the happiest place on earth. All the equipment is scary, but like Crystal said, you'll be a pro in no time.
I hadn't looked at my traffic report in a while and I noticed that I had lots of hits from "The Jelly Chronicles" so I moseyed on over. I've been reading your blog for the last hour and reliving lots of ups and downs through your posts. It does get better, so much better! Just getting out of the darn hospital was one of the happiest days of my life.
Congratulations on sweet Jelly! He's adorable! Welcome to our CHARGE family!
